From Complaint to Quality

You cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs.
However, you might drop one.
And any dropped egg, and – by implication – any complaint about our programme, is one too many.

Resolving a complaint meticulously contributes to an agreeable work climate and certainly reduces any risk of industrial accidents.

Reporting a complaint and subsequently finding an answer to it must be done quickly and easily. Our module enables any member of the staff or client to simply and/or anonymously register a complaint; and its settlement process will then be immediately undertaken.

Anyone within the organisation or the client will be able to follow how this settlement is progressing.
